Refund policy

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Due to nature of our products being handmade, there may be slight variations in size, shape, glaze/color appearance, texture, pattern etc. Please understand that we don't aim to make products that are identical or look like its factory-made or machine made.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the correct products are delivered based on your purchase. If an incorrect product is delivered, please contact us as mentioned in the next section.

Damages and issues

We do our very best in packing the products to ensure that they do not break during shipping. We work with well-reputed and professional courier services. But, there may be stray cases of breakage of products during shipping. In such cases, we offer a replacement if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock or cannot be made within a timeframe that's agreeable to the buyer, we will offer a refund for the damaged product(s). 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged or if have you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please mail us the pictures of the product, (additionally, in case of a damaged product, mail us the pictures of the box - all 6 sides of the exterior and the interior packaging), order details and the issue you would want to bring to our attention, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Upon evaluating the issue, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded through a mutually agreeable method of payment.

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The item is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped to your postal address.

The item will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final unless a refund is required under relevant consumer protection laws.
